Conference on the CAP and the objectives of environmental and social sustainability on March 24 in Los Palacios y Villafranca

• The session will address the current situation of the Andalusian agricultural sector, the most recent developments and the 2026 CAP aid call.

On March 24, 2026, the conference “CAP. Environmental and social sustainability objectives. Other public policies” will be held in El Trobal, Los Palacios y Villafranca (Seville). This meeting aims to provide updated information on the Common Agricultural Policy framework and its relationship with the environmental, social and economic challenges facing the agricultural sector.

The activity will take place at the facilities of AVANZA, SCA , located on the El Trobal-Los Palacios y Villafranca road, s/n, 41727 Los Palacios y Villafranca (Seville) , and will bring together professionals from the sector interested in learning about the main developments affecting agricultural activity in Andalusia and the management of CAP aid.

The program will begin at 5:00 PM with the registration of attendees , followed by the opening of the event between 5:15 PM and 5:30 PM . Then, from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM , the current situation of the agricultural sector in Andalusia will be analyzed, focusing on the main developments and the context in which farmers and ranchers operate.

After a short break from 7:00 to 7:15 p.m. , the day will continue with a session focused on CAP aid and the current status of the 2026 call for proposals , scheduled between 7:15 and 8:30 p.m. This session will provide attendees with useful and up-to-date information on one of the key instruments for the planning and sustainability of agricultural holdings.

The program will conclude with a question and answer session between 8:30 and 9:00 p.m. , which will serve to resolve doubts and encourage the exchange of impressions between participants and speakers.
