The Coordinator of Farmers' and Ranchers' Organizations (COAG) will hold the technical conference "Stimulating Generational Change. Incorporating Young People and Women into Agricultural Activity" on July 30 in Torrelavega, Cantabria. This event is part of its knowledge-sharing and training program within the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027.
The event, which will take place at the Jesús Collado Soto National Livestock Market , seeks to address the main challenges and opportunities for ensuring generational change in the agricultural sector, with special attention to the role of women and young people as key players in the future of the sector.
