COAG is organizing a conference in Malaga to promote generational renewal and the incorporation of young people and women into agriculture.

The Coordinator of Farmers' and Ranchers' Organizations (COAG) will hold the technical conference "Stimulating generational change. Incorporating young people and women into agricultural activity" on August 7 at 8 Iván Pavlov Street, BLOCK 3, LOWER F, Campanillas, 29590 Málaga , as part of its knowledge exchange and training program within the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027.

The conference seeks to address the main challenges and opportunities to ensure generational change in the agricultural sector, with special attention to the role of women and young people as key players in the future of the sector.
