COAG organizes a conference on generational change and the incorporation of young people and women into agricultural activity
Description
COAG will hold the "Stimulating generational change. Incorporation of young people and women into agricultural activity" conference on March 25, 2026 in Torrelavega (Cantabria), an event aimed at providing useful information and technical support to those who want to start their activity in the agricultural and livestock sector.
The workshop will address key issues to facilitate the entry of new generations into agriculture and strengthen women's participation in farming. During the session, practical information will be provided on grant applications for young and new farmers and livestock breeders, application preparation, the development of feasibility plans, and the necessary documentation for processing these grants.
In addition, the program will include content on the procedures for registering with Social Security and the Tax Office, the organization of taxation and the telematic technical management services provided by UGAM-COAG, as well as a space dedicated to the advisory service and the digitization of procedures and documentation.
This initiative seeks to support generational change in rural areas and contribute to a more accessible, supported and adapted incorporation to the current needs of the sector.
