The 4th Castilla y León Food Industry Congress is a meeting point for the sector, focusing on the challenges to achieving food sovereignty. During the presentations and roundtables, discussions will address topics related to strengthening the capacity to produce, process, and market products to ensure the sector's stability and the economic and social sustainability of the region, guaranteeing food self-sufficiency in the face of any complex environmental situation or international event.
