Description
On October 16 and 17, 2025 , the municipality of Arizala (Navarra) will be the venue for the 3rd RETA Conference , a benchmark meeting dedicated to the promotion and consolidation of agricultural test spaces .
These conferences, organized by RETA , seek to continue the work begun in 2020 with previous meetings and workshops, consolidating a space for debate and collaboration around these key mechanisms for generational change, innovation, and sustainability in rural areas .
Conference program
- October 16, 9:00–20:00 : Open to the public, with roundtable discussions addressing the methodology for implementing test spaces, advances in public policies for generational renewal, and the role of these devices in the current context. The session will conclude with a field visit .
- October 17, 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m .: Practical workshops focusing on operational and management issues related to agricultural test sites, such as their legal basis and the exchange of experiences among facilitators.
The 3rd RETA Conference will be a unique opportunity to exchange knowledge, experiences, and strategies on the future of agricultural test spaces, both for those new to this model and for those already working on its development.
