Escola d'estiu i2connect a Chania: Enfortiment de la capacitat dels futurs assessors per donar suport a la innovació interactiva

La primera Escola d'Estiu d'i2connect, amb l'objectiu d'enfortir la capacitat dels futurs assessors rurals per donar suport a la innovació interactiva, took place from the 23rd till the 29th of July 2022 at the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania del projecte i2connect és enfortir les habilitats, Grècia. Agricultural University of Athens és organitzador d'event i facilitators de la Universitat de Hohenheim , la University College Dublin , la Széchenyi István University i la Berner Fachhochschule welcomed 26 Msc i PhD students de Irish , fulletons i2connect, fulletons i2connect, fulletons fulletons i2connect, fulletons i2connect, Serbian , Belgian , Swedish , German and Greek universities .
Aquest interesting mix of participants attended a full of activities training course . El curs covered crucial topics i conceptes per deliverar advisory work in framework of innovation networks , tal com, per exemple, la facilitació d'interactiva processes i el concepte d'Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation Systems (OJO) ( see : Table ). A variety of interactive exercises were used throughout the course to trigger students' active participation and creativity and sensitize them to their role as future innovation advisors and the competencies they need to develop for successfully delivering advisory services . Els participants han d'opportunity per fer familiars amb methodological tools severals , el seu aspiral d'iniciatives/innovacions i el triangle de co-creació , i posar-se en les pràctiques incloses a farm visit ( innovation project ). Els participants enjoyen a dynamic atmosfère , treballen en grups en una inspiració d' environment i envien una energia amb la formació , que “ was fun ” i “ at the same time interesting ” . According a les seves avaluacions de la Summer School , “ t'ha fet true co-learning experience ” and all interactive activitats served the course's purposes . The students got “ good knowledge” and “t he training was pretty different from what I expected … it was better this way ” . In the same vein , it was pointed out that :
“ I found myslf being involved in all these tasks with molt more enthusiasm and willingness than I would expect from me . I wasn't just learning by listening but by participating” .
“I made a network of people that study and work in the sector ; learned about innovation approaches ; usen noves tools i expressen myself at the facilitation exercise”
Els participants beneficien no només de la seva interacció amb totes les seves butles de guiatge , inspiració , i backback esgota de trainers a la seva manera . En general, most students bade farewell a la Summer School s enthusiastic feelings and an appetite “to learn even more” .
It is also worth mentioning that two online courses included in the summer school's programme . El first one ( ex-ante ) serveix as introductory course to interactive innovation ia participants' assignment s'ex-post one serving as follow-up avaluation and networking event .
Nevertheless , certain possibilities per improvements of the forthcoming Summer School in Hohenheim the next summer were detected , implying the possibility to extend its duration . Per exemple, els participants' s'interessen amb AKIS suggests la provisió d'alguns detalls d'even en advance of the ( in-person ) curs. Addicionalment, durant la Summer School , més temps should be devoted to developing certain competencies , therefore relevant activities , and the field visit , while more breaks and outdoor activities can be included as well .
