Maximizing Multi-Actor Project Proposal Success in Horizon Europe

The PREMIERE project, in collaboration with EU-FarmBook, is launching a training workshop for trainers focused on the Multi -Actor Approach (MAA ), a fundamental methodology for the joint creation of high-impact collaborative projects involving professionals and end users, along with academia, industry, public authorities, and civil society.
This practical training will provide you with the skills and tools needed to better support your teams and researchers in designing clear, collaborative, and well-structured multi-stakeholder projects . This training is specifically aimed at those responsible for research support, knowledge transfer, and administration at universities and research institutes in the 27 EU Member States that collaborate on Horizon Europe multi-stakeholder projects.
The training will focus on:
- Understand and apply the MAA approach to provide practical guidance and effective support to applicants.
- Practical approaches to identifying, attracting, and engaging key players, users, and other stakeholders in the co-creation of successful proposals.
- Improve the quality of proposals, the dissemination of project results and their impact.
- Facilitate effective collaboration and cooperation between researchers and key stakeholders throughout the project.
This face-to-face training is structured around interactive and experiential learning methods through a combination of simulations of real situations, group exercises and peer exchange , you will acquire practical skills and methodological tools to effectively support the development of projects with multiple actors.
If selected , you will be required to attend a 90-minute online preparatory workshop, participate in the full two-day face-to-face training, and act as a multiplier within your organization, transferring the knowledge and skills acquired.
Travel and accommodation expenses for all participants will be covered. To ensure a diverse and enriching group, participants will be selected to reflect a wide range of experiences, geographical areas, and organizational contexts. People from countries undergoing enlargement are especially encouraged to participate.
