Electronic Cadastre Office: A tool for advice: procedures, cartography, and taxation

Start date: 16/06/2025
Ending date: 18/06/2025
Modality: Online

Description

Advisors must be familiar with and know how to use the Real Estate or Territorial Cadastre platform, as it is the state-owned administrative registry that describes rural, urban, and special-purpose real estate. The Cadastre assigns each property a unique and mandatory identifier called a cadastral reference, which is essential for managing and locating land plots in rural areas.

This course offers practical training for the effective use of the Cadastre as a working tool in the development of professional activities, especially in the field of agricultural holdings. Proper cadastral processing by interested parties allows for an up-to-date inventory of all real estate assets, thanks to the cartographic delimitation of parcels and the accurate incorporation of associated data in all areas.

The course will cover tax cadastral procedures, current regulations, and the documentation required for registrations, modifications, and corrections. The basic principles of the Management Map will also be introduced, as well as the economic characteristics of real estate, including the cadastral value and reference value.

In addition, the use of the Cadastre Electronic Office will be explored in depth, an essential tool for consulting and maintaining cadastral information. Participants will be taught how to access publicly available information, use the main features of the digital platform, and interpret cadastral mapping, from its origins to the present day.

The Cadastre is also a key source for understanding tax issues such as the Real Estate Tax (IBI) and for proving ownership rights. It is essential for advisors to understand the mandatory registration of real estate and changes to its characteristics in the Cadastre, as well as the corresponding procedures for filing declarations, communications, applications, and correcting discrepancies.
