The CHALLENGE in the Treatment Sector: regulations and tools aGROSlab

The CHALLENGE in the Treatments Sector is regulated by Royal Decree 285/2021 , which has meant a relevant change in the situation of the distribution and use of phytosanitary products and, for the purposes of the content of this seminar, in those "companies" that carry out treatments for third parties.

With the new regulations, any farmer who carries out applications outside his farm must register these treatments in the Electronic Registry of Transactions and Operations (RETO) of the MAPA , but will also be subject to a series of additional obligations, which although in most cases he already had to comply with previously, are now relevant today.

In the first part of this seminar we will address the following sections:

• The Contract for the Application of Phytosanitary Products.
• The Transaction Registry according to RD 1311/2021
• Registration in the ROPO Treatment Sector and Self-registration in the CHALLENGE.
• The Registry of Acquisitions and Applications of Phytosanitary Products in the CHALLENGE.
