2nd edition of “FUTURO Program. Governing Council” to strengthen the leadership of agri-food cooperatives
Description
The Cajamar Group Foundation is launching the second edition of the “FUTURO Program. Governing Council,” a free, in-person training initiative aimed at leading a new impetus for Spanish agri-food cooperatives . This activity is being carried out as a beneficiary of the final resolution of subsidies for knowledge exchange services and training and information activities at a supra-regional level , within the framework of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023–2027 .
Under the title “FUTURE PROGRAM. Governing Council | Training program to lead a new impetus for Spanish agri-food cooperatives” , the course will celebrate its 2nd edition in face-to-face mode, with five days of training between February 12 and March 26, from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The training is framed within Intervention 7201 (knowledge exchange and training and information activities in the agri-food and forestry sector) and in the PIIA program “Dissemination events of the agri-food sector” .
Who is it for?
The program is aimed at managers, presidents, directors, area managers and young cooperative members , with the objective of strengthening key skills for management and leadership in agri-food cooperatives.
Program Objectives
The main objectives of this edition include:
- To understand the current environment and its implications for the management of the cooperative.
- Understanding the impact of technology on business models.
- Develop skills to lead change in cooperative organizations.
- To promote the cooperative model among young people and encourage their involvement.
- Promote knowledge and collaboration networks between professionals and entities.
The training is based on a practical methodology using real-life cases , discussions with experts , and group dynamics , designed to foster both professional and personal relationships and strengthen shared learning.
