- The sending organization: Promoting the program for broad dissemination and participation. Only those based on merit and prior training are chosen.
- Courses: linguistics, occupational risk prevention and vocational training as such.
- Mentoring and document management prior to the mobility. The sending participants agreed on the corresponding mentoring and training program. Certification and accreditation after the mobility.
- Dissemination of results. Optimization of improvements achieved through the implementation of new methodologies and training.
- Host organizations: Establish training agreements. Reception of participants, providing support based on their needs.
- Implementation of training programs for cultural, linguistic, and workplace safety improvements.
- Mentoring students during their internship. - Companies seeking interns. Certification and issuance of documentation proving the training period.
Internationalization of the Center and reinforcement of the commitment to language learning throughout the educational community, as well as the improvement of the professional skills and competencies of participating students. Increased employability of our students and the impact the training they receive will have on the companies that hire them.
The impact at the local level is very positive; several cooperatives in the area can enhance their international reach by hiring trained technicians with enhanced communication skills thanks to their training experience in EU countries.
At the provincial/regional level, also because our center's area of influence and the large number of companies it interacts with make this project a useful tool for them. In May 2017, a dissemination event was held to showcase the completed mobility projects, inviting local and provincial authorities to share the experiences and knowledge gained.

Enhanced the vision and entrepreneurial spirit of the group. Strengthened the school's international dimension and corporate image. Improved employment benefits for recent graduates.
