Information will be collected initially through surveys involving a large number of young people. Local-level activities will include presentations on the Erasmus+, Youthpass, and CES programs. Young people will be needed to grow seasonal vegetables. Activities will be held with other centers to demonstrate the benefits of organic food. Online meetings will be held with successful companies and initiatives in the agricultural sector. There will be two events with 40 participants aged 16 to 22, plus decision-makers at each event, to discuss and share ideas and initiatives. Survey results will be compared after the project is completed to assess the impact and change in participants' opinions.
Raise awareness among unemployed youth about the opportunities in this sector. Include training in agriculture and sustainability with different stakeholders. Promote awareness of sustainability and reduce the carbon footprint. Share innovative initiatives on digitalization, technology, and agriculture to empower participants.
Raise awareness of Erasmus+ and the European Union's support for youth participation in decision-making in their communities, promoting active youth participation. Take local initiatives within their organizations and municipalities. Provide digital tools for searching for information on real employment statistics in the agricultural sector in rural areas and its profit margin and potential through technological innovation and digitalization. Engage in dialogue with political leaders and decision-makers to take action to implement these initiatives. Inspire youth responsibility and involvement in political life to encourage their participation in democratic life. Change youth mindsets and lead more sustainable lives. Awaken curiosity and knowledge about the entire plant cultivation process. Make agriculture appear as a decent employment sector full of opportunities and create social entrepreneurship initiatives.
