The project aims to create green businesses and improve the skills of entrepreneurs in rural areas of Castilla-La Mancha and Murcia through an integrated entrepreneurship program.
The Green Entrepreneurship LABs format has been chosen, in which complementary activities will be carried out to train people who do not yet have any knowledge of how to start a business (ideation phase). The activities will be carried out rigorously (taking into account market trends, key business management principles, etc.) and will focus on the green sectors with the greatest potential in rural areas.
The proposed actions will be complemented and enhanced with social action initiatives, such as providing a business simulator where students can virtually perform all business-related tasks. Participants will be able to connect with entrepreneurs, established companies, and potential investors at an Interregional Networking Meeting. The program has a practical nature based on the real-life application of content, as students must develop a training project based on the skills acquired during the course. In short, this is an innovative and groundbreaking project that incorporates novel elements in its development. A project that not only seeks to recruit participants in isolation and in theory, but also aims to put it into practice in a real-life setting with the help of existing, successful green companies.
