Encouraging generational change and incorporating young people and women into agricultural activity

COAG will hold the event “Stimulating generational change. Incorporation of young people and women into agricultural activity” on May 14, 2026 at the House of Culture in Arahal (Seville). This event is aimed at providing useful information and technical support to those who want to start their activity in the agricultural and livestock sector.

The workshop, which will run from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM , will address key issues to facilitate the entry of new generations into agriculture and strengthen women's participation in farming. During the session, practical information will be provided on grant applications for young and new farmers and ranchers, application preparation, the development of feasibility plans, and the necessary documentation for processing these grants.

In addition, the program will include content on the procedures for registering with Social Security and the Tax Office, the organization of taxation and the telematic technical management services provided by UGAM-COAG, as well as a space dedicated to the advisory service and the digitization of procedures and documentation.

This initiative seeks to support generational change in rural areas and contribute to a more accessible, supported and adapted incorporation to the current needs of the sector.
