Red PAC Conference on Bioeconomy: Success Stories and Future Perspectives

The CAP Network is organizing this event to present the Strategic Framework for a Competitive and Sustainable EU Bioeconomy , published in November 2025, as well as to publicize the tools and initiatives supporting the bioeconomy implemented by the General State Administration.

During the event , examples of initiatives, research projects and companies linked to the topic will be shown, in addition to identifying the challenges and opportunities surrounding the bioeconomy to ensure that biologically based innovations become a consolidated reality within the agri-food sector and its related activities.

Goals :

• Present the Strategic Framework for a Competitive and Sustainable EU Bioeconomy, published in November 2025.
• To publicize the tools and initiatives supporting the bioeconomy implemented by the General State Administration.
• Show examples of initiatives, research projects and companies linked to the topic.
• Identifying the challenges and opportunities surrounding the bioeconomy to ensure that bio-based innovations become a consolidated reality within the agri-food sector

Target audience:
The event is aimed at stakeholders in the agri-food, forestry, and industrial sectors, as well as rural actors interested in the bioeconomy. Specifically, it is geared towards representatives of public administrations, research and knowledge centers, companies, cooperatives, startups, as well as members of AEI-AGRI Operational Groups and participants in innovative projects.
