Online workshops on supply chain and regenerative insetting

The AgriRegenCarbon Supra-regional GO is organizing a new online conference to delve deeper into the concept of insetting and its role in business sustainability, differentiating it from traditional offsetting and analyzing how it can generate positive impacts within the value chain itself .

The event will take place on March 23, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM online (meeting via Zoom ).

Contents

The workshop will cover, among other topics, the following:

• Supply chain and its impact on sustainability.
• Methodologies and standards for measurement, reduction and certification.
• What is insetting with regenerative agriculture ?
• Examples of insetting in Spain .

Speakers

The event will feature the participation of two specialists: Orson Acosta (CEO of Azolla Projects, expert in carbon markets and regenerative agriculture) and Alejandra Gimeno (ECODES, specialist in carbon footprint measurement and mitigation plans).

Framed within the GO AgriRegenCarbon

This event is part of the activities of the AgriRegenCarbon Operational Group project, aimed at validating a methodology based on regenerative agriculture for the generation of credits (capture, reduction and regenerative credits that incorporate additional metrics such as biodiversity and ecosystem services).
