Free online seminar “SIEX, REA and CUE: keys to registration as an authorized entity”

On April 10, 2026 , aGROSlab is organizing the online seminar “SIEX, REA and CUE: Keys to Registration as an Authorized Entity” , a free and practical session aimed at agricultural consultancies that need to clarify the regulatory framework and standardize procedures to work with their clients in the SIEX environment.

The session will address the framework established by Royal Decree 1054/2022 , which regulates the SIEX , the Regional Register of Agricultural Holdings (REA) and the Digital Agricultural Holding Notebook (CUE) , and will explain what it means to be an Authorized Entity , how it is regulated and how to carry out the registration in different Autonomous Communities , with real examples and operational recommendations.

Contents: regulations + practical application for advisory work

In the regulatory block, the role of the Authorized Entity, the requirements and documentation will be reviewed, including the authorization models (references to Annexes VIII and IX of the SIEX Technical Document) and the most common differences between regional procedures.

The practical section will demonstrate how the CUE facilitates the organization of treatments, fertilization, irrigation, and eco-regimes, and how its connection with the REA helps reduce duplication and errors. Furthermore, specific functionalities in aGROSlab geared towards consultancies will be taught: generating annexes , interoperability with SIEX , downloading data from the REA , and selective uploading to the system.
