Session within the 5th AKIS Forum: presentation of the potato sector plan
Description
On March 5th, the Arkaute Campus will host another edition of the AKIS Forum , a space dedicated to knowledge transfer and innovation in the agricultural sector. This time, the event will focus on the presentation of the R&D&I Plan for seed potatoes , a strategic tool for addressing the sector's challenges.
This meeting is part of the Basque Government's efforts to develop sector-specific plans that address the current needs of agri-food stakeholders. The AKIS (Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation Systems) Forums are thus consolidated as the main platform for disseminating these plans and fostering collaboration between research and the production sector.
During the day, the main lines of the Potato Sector Plan will be outlined and, specifically, the research and development actions planned for seed potatoes, with the vision of experts and a round table with key representatives from the entire value chain.
