Segovia hosts a meeting in March in favor of certified seeds
APROSE announces the celebration of its IV National Symposium of Seed Producers under the motto 'Certified seed: sow with confidence to reap successfully'
Following the success and positive reception of the editions held in Cordoba, Zaragoza and Toledo, the Seed Producers Symposium organized by the Spanish Seed Producers Association (APROSE) returns as a leading forum for seed producers throughout Spain, consolidating itself as a key space for analysis, debate and the exchange of knowledge about certified seed and its strategic role in modern agriculture.
The event will once again place at the center of the debate the strategic importance of certified seed as a pillar of a more productive, sustainable agriculture, prepared to respond to the current challenges of the agri-food sector.
A meeting in which the main challenges and opportunities of seed production will be analyzed, with special attention to the new European regulations, technological innovation, agriculture 4.0, genetic improvement and the sustainability of the agricultural system.
It is a space for reflection and analysis that, edition after edition, brings together producers, representatives of the administration, researchers and companies linked to the seed value chain, consolidating itself as a reference forum for the sector.
The 4th National Symposium of Seed Producers will be held at the Parador de Segovia, a location chosen for its connection with the agricultural sector and its relevant role in the production of quality seed in Castilla y León.
In this edition, the meeting will also have a special significance as it coincides with the commemoration of APROSE's 75th anniversary, highlighting the sector's trajectory and the role of seed producers as a link between research and the farmer.
The organization will announce the program content and details in the coming weeks. Registration is now open through this link:
