Description
Digitalization is now a reality that improves farmers' profitability through IoT web platforms related to agricultural and livestock activities. The installation of sensors, automation, and the use of information technologies improve water efficiency.
This course will explore strategies for reducing energy dependence in water supply and improving the profitability of renewable energy sources, including solar photovoltaics and micro-hydropower, in irrigation. The goal is to enhance the profitability and productivity of farms by integrating digital tools and new energy resources into irrigation management.
