Forced expropriation in rural areas

The Official College of Agricultural Engineers of Andalusia , through the Andalusian Foundation of Agricultural Engineers , is organizing a specialized course on the expropriation procedure in Spain , aimed at professionals who wish to get started and acquire a solid foundation in this subject applied to the rural environment .

The training course is aimed at Agricultural Engineers, Agricultural Technical Engineers, Graduates in Agricultural Engineering , as well as other professionals interested in understanding the operation of compulsory expropriation and the compensation concepts associated with rural land .

The main objective of the course is for students to understand the legal and technical framework of expropriation proceedings , learn the criteria for valuing rural land , and be able to identify the various elements eligible for compensation. To this end, the program combines theoretical content with the analysis of practical cases based on jurisprudence , providing an applied and up-to-date perspective.

The course is structured in four blocks:

• Forced Expropriation .
• The procedure of Forced Expropriation .
• The valuation of rural land for compulsory purchase .
• Other compensation concepts .

Regarding registration, the course price is 240 euros for members and 380 euros for non-members .
