Next Friday, January 30, 2026 , from 09:00 to 14:00 , the PII.A training day "Efficient Composting: Keys to Valorizing Waste from the Agro-industrial Sector" will be held in person in Albacete, an action focused on the circular economy and the sustainability of the agri-food system .
This training addresses in a practical way the principles and techniques of efficient composting as an essential tool for the valorization of organic waste generated by the agro-industrial sector , allowing the transformation of by-products and plant remains into high-quality compost .
Throughout the day, we will analyze how to optimize biological processes, environmental conditions and maturation times , as well as the agronomic, economic and environmental benefits of composting , its role in the circular economy and its contribution to the sustainability of agricultural holdings and agri-food industries .
