Description
This 8-hour face-to-face training day will include the participation of several companies specializing in the circular bioeconomy and livestock manure management (DAB-BIOTECNOLOGÍA and SIGENERIS).
Goals
Encourage agro-industrial companies to implement innovative technologies that allow the transformation of livestock manure and by-products into valuable resources such as fertilizers, biofuels, and alternative proteins.
To inform participants about market opportunities in the marketing of bioproducts derived from livestock waste, as well as about the regulations and certifications necessary to comply with legal requirements.
Course program
- Technologies and processes for the sustainable management of livestock slurry within the framework of the circular bioeconomy.
- Revaluation of organic waste into natural fertilizers through composting.
- Treatment of pig slurry, optimization of use and minimization of environmental impact.
- Renewable energy production from organic waste (biogas).
- Legal requirements for marketing bioproducts derived from livestock waste.
