Goals
To publicize the multiple functions of plant cover in the vineyard as a sustainable alternative to the use of herbicides, which plays a very important role in the conservation and fertility of the soil by being a mechanism for the control of erosion and balancing the production of nutrients of the vines, maintaining the quality of the wines in the face of climate change.
Design and program the installation and maintenance of vegetation covers that allow the capture of atmospheric CO₂, sequestering it in the soil organically and thus contributing to the compensation of human emissions of greenhouse gases.
