FIRST COURSE ON DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN RURAL AREAS

Modality: Online

Description

“RURAL WOMEN CHALLENGE” is an initiative of the Women’s Institute co-financed by the European Social Fund. It aligns with both the Women’s Institute’s strategic objectives and the Sustainable Development Goals and the 2030 European Agenda.

Its objective is to promote entrepreneurship among rural women, encourage their integration into the workforce and businesses, and highlight their achievements. To boost women's entrepreneurship in rural areas, it is important to consider the existing network of associations, organizations, and rural businesswomen. It also aims to contribute to reducing the digital divide and gender bias in this environment.

Recipients of the program

The program is aimed at female entrepreneurs and businesswomen, regardless of whether they are individuals or legal entities, who live or develop their entrepreneurial project in the rural environment.
