Next Thursday, June 26 , the Regulatory Council of the DO Utiel-Requena will host Session 2 of the training program "Programa Futuro: Cultivating skills to encourage the incorporation of young people into the agri-food sector" , an initiative of the Cajamar Group Foundation that seeks to prepare new generations to successfully face the challenges of the sector.

The event will focus on economic management, international outreach, and digitalization in the agri-food sector, with the participation of leading professionals associated with Cajamar and Plataforma Tierra.

This is the program planned for the day:

  • 9:30 AM | Financial Situation. Where Are We Going?
    Presentation by Ricardo García Lorenzo , director of Cajamar Innova, who will offer a clear overview of the current financial situation and its implications for the sector.
  • 11:00 a.m. | Coffee break
  • 11:30 a.m. | Interpreting your farm's accounts
    Practical workshop with José Manuel Enríquez , business manager at Cajamar, who will help attendees better understand and manage their farm accounting.
  • 1:00 PM | Agrifood in the World
    Analysis of global industry trends by Pablo Resco , strategy director at Plataforma Tierra.
  • 2:00 PM | Lunch
  • 3:30 PM | Digitalization and New Digital Tools
    Presentation of technological resources and digital solutions for the agri-food sector, with Jesús Regodón , Head of Tools at Plataforma Tierra.
  • 5:00 PM | End of session

The activity will take place at the Regulatory Council headquarters (Calle Sevilla, 12, Utiel) and is aimed at young agri-food professionals and entrepreneurs. Participation is free, but prior registration is required due to limited capacity. Please email carmen@fundacioncajamar.com.
