Erasmus+ Project: Agronomic Mobility to Achieve ET2020

The project is carried out primarily for two reasons: first, the human and linguistic development that an exchange can bring to participants, and second, the project is directly aimed at creating employment in rural areas.

Our school's participation in the economic development of the agricultural sector is essential, as we are located in a rural area. EFA La Malvesía has been training agricultural and forestry workers for over 40 years. Thanks to this project, students will significantly improve the quality and efficiency of their skills. They will implement their professional skills and develop them in the best work environment. Due to the labor needs of disadvantaged rural areas, students, with their new language and professional skills, will be better prepared to avoid unemployment.

Currently, the employment situation in Spain is critical. Therefore, the project's objective is to address the employment problems of young people, and this project will provide what our country needs. Their work involvement in the host country will allow them to develop responsibility and commitment.

Furthermore, the opportunity to pursue part of their training abroad will enhance their entrepreneurial spirit in the agricultural and forestry sectors. During these mobility programs, students will acquire knowledge in the subject "Work-Based Training." The training acquired is accredited through the ECVET and the Europass Mobility Certificate.
