Description
The Trujillo Cheese Fair will be held from May 1 to 4, 2025.
Four cheese-producing regions in Extremadura have been recognized as Protected Designation of Origin: Torta del Casar , La Serena , and Los Ibores , and Acehúche has just achieved this status. To showcase Extremadura's cheeses to the world since 1986, the Trujillo National Cheese Fair is held in the majestic setting of Trujillo 's Plaza Mayor over the May long weekend . Various activities are organized, centered around cheese: technical sessions, tastings, workshops, etc.
