Description
The UBAVIDA ( Sustainable Vineyard-to-Winery Strategies for Obtaining Low-Sugar Grapes and Dealcoholized Wine) project plans to hold a Demonstration Workshop , which is part of its outreach activities and will focus on the analysis of the first wines and a demonstration of the agronomic techniques used in the project.
