Course validated as complementary training to access aid intended to encourage the incorporation of young people into the agricultural sector, specifically to set up an intensive pig farm. HOM2025-00-0031 Best available techniques to reduce the environmental impact on
pig farms.

Goals:

To train pig farm staff in the implementation of Best Available Techniques (BAT) in order to comply with BAT 2.b of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/302, which establishes the conclusions on best available techniques within the framework of Directive 2010/75/EU for the intensive rearing of poultry and pigs. The objective is to apply best practices to reduce environmental impact, improve sustainability, and ensure animal welfare.
