Eight agri-food startups among the 100 best in Spain in the APTE list

The Association of Scientific and Technological Parks of Spain (APTE) has launched its annual list of the 100 most outstanding startups of 2024 located in its scientific and technological parks present in 15 Spanish autonomous communities.

The list includes 100 innovative projects from leading sectors such as: biotechnology, artificial intelligence, clean energy, telecommunications, health, space, automotive, agrotech, blockchain, software, electronics, and environmental sustainability.

Of the total number of companies selected, eight are located in the agri-food and biotechnology sector , making it the fourth largest group, behind only the sectors of Information, IT and Telecommunications; Medicine; and Energy and the Environment.

Agri-food innovation is a mainstay of innovation in Spain, and these eight startups are a good example:
