GENERAL OBJECTIVES
Improve the qualifications of professionals in the agri-food sector and improve the competitiveness of companies in the sector.
Promote generational change by placing emphasis on groups of young people and women linked to the agri-food sector.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
Improve the capabilities and skills of management: capacity for analysis, diagnosis, formulation of solutions and action alternatives, decision-making and management of their execution.
Acquire a global conception of the company from the management point of view. - Increase management efficiency, relying on the people who collaborate in the company.
Expand perspectives and analysis by acquiring new knowledge, techniques, models and management tools.
Exchange experiences, identify business opportunities in the agri-food chain and interact with a group of people with common interests.
To improve overall knowledge of the agri-food sector and understanding of the challenges of the environment for the 21st century, with special emphasis on:

The priority groups in this training action are young people and women with ties to the agri-food sector.
Participants may be farmers, partners, technicians, middle managers, directors and pre-managers of cooperatives and agri-food companies, as well as other professionals who wish to acquire greater and better specialization in the agri-food sector.
