Selection of circular economy tools that generate innovative solutions to the livestock production system

The aim of this Operational Group is to understand how to apply the principles of the circular economy (preserving and improving natural capital, optimising the use of resources and promoting the efficiency of the system) to livestock farms within the scope of COVAP.

For each type of exploitation, the Operational Group establishes an action plan detailing the percentage of impact reduction and the investment and expected economic return.

In a second phase, the most appropriate processes and technologies for reusing water, using renewable energy and reducing waste and its economic impact are described.
