RECOLECTA Operational Group: Predicting the optimal harvesting time through integrated thermal crop management

This Operational Group aims to develop an intelligent and autonomous agricultural management system that, based on the calculation of the thermal integral, determines the optimal harvest date for the crop.

A system that allows us to manage farms by scheduling the harvesting process, helping us minimize product loss and use resources efficiently, optimizing crop treatments and soil bioremediation while seeking new techniques that improve the shelf life and food safety of fresh-cut products.

A project led by Florette, using BrioAgro's smart irrigation and monitoring technology, along with new developments in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, to predict crop harvesting days.
