Task Force for the development of fire blight prediction models for pear trees

The Ebro Valley is the main pear-producing area in Spain and there, fire blight causes significant losses due to direct damage to the fields.

This Task Force seeks to develop a collaborative crop monitoring tool that will enable the sector to better control and prevent fire blight, reducing associated economic losses.
