Innovative technologies for the fight against emerging, re-emerging and transboundary forest pathogens

The aim of this Operational Group is to identify forest genetic material with high constitutive and induced defences and to assess to what extent the expression of defences depends on environmental quality; to prepare pilot GIS maps of sensitivity to disease and/or pests based on earth observation data and phytopathological, nutritional and climatic contrast determinations in a pilot area; to develop a dynamic detection system for phytopathological disease and/or vigour based on infrared and/or multispectral captures, with satellites and/or drones.
