Description
Creation of an Operational Group that works together to develop the creation of a proximity substrate.
This allows for a circular economy within the nursery itself, better control of raw materials, and even the creation of synergies with companies close to the nursery.
Objectives
The objectives set are:
- Creation of a working group to develop a substrate with locally sourced materials.
- Search for innovative elements and the companies that can generate them.
- Conducting studies on the needs and potential of the nursery itself for the generation of this innovative substrate.
- Establish indices that allow for the evaluation of the improvement in operations with this innovation.
- Build a proposal for a "Km0" substrate project to be developed in the coming years.
Results
In conclusion to the work carried out, we believe there is sufficient diversity of materials, both in the nursery itself and in nearby companies, that will allow us to successfully develop an innovative substrate.
This innovative product will allow for controlled substrate quality, create synergies with nearby companies in the nursery area, and be more environmentally friendly.
