Description

The Task Force aims to reduce the problem of the disconnect between existing training programs related to the agricultural sector and the real training needs of agricultural workers, in a social context with an under-educated young immigrant population, most of whom do not speak the language.

Through the use of virtualization and gamification, the goal is to improve the success rate of the courses, enhance interaction and communication among participants, and overcome difficulties in the mass assessment process. The intervention's focus is on the participation of a culturally diverse population, and gamification will adopt measures to capture their diversity, traditional knowledge, and cultural practices linked to the intervention.

The transfer of conceptual, technological, and methodological knowledge will be facilitated to facilitate the development of useful training initiatives.

Objectives

The aim is to implement a knowledge transfer system through the creation of courses that include the graphic language "virtualization" and the use of educational games "gamification" as an active assessment procedure focused on topics related to sustainable agricultural development in the Almería context.
