The Task Force aims to reduce the problem of the lack of connection between existing training programmes related to the agricultural sector and the real training needs of agricultural workers, in a social context with an under-educated young immigrant population, who in most cases do not know the language.

Through the use of virtualization and gamification, the aim is to improve the success rate of courses, enhance interaction and communication between participants, as well as overcome difficulties in the mass evaluation process.

The aim is to implement a knowledge transmission system by creating courses that include the graphic language “virtualization” and the use of educational games “gamification” as an active evaluation procedure focused on topics related to sustainable agricultural development in the context of Almería.

In the subject matter of the intervention, the participation of a culturally diverse population is considered and in the gamification measures will be adopted to capture its plurality, traditional knowledge and cultural practices linked to the intervention. The concern for SE will facilitate the transfer of conceptual knowledge as well as technological and methodological knowledge to facilitate the development of useful training initiatives.
