Description
Creation of a marketing structure that analyses the current situation, develops a strategic internationalisation plan and that stimulates and facilitates the export of genetic material from select breeds.
Objectives
- Strategic analysis of the internationalisation and development of the structure and protocols for marketing genetic material according to the demand and requirements of target countries for the breeds participating in the project and for the entire livestock population in Spain.
- Internationalization of select Spanish breeds: commercial promotion of these breeds and consolidation of the Spanish brand in countries that potentially demand them.
Results
- Creation of an export platform, obtaining information on priority and secondary markets and preparing the final strategic plan.
- Active commercial promotion of select Spanish breeds and improvement of the positioning of the Spain brand for select livestock breeds.
