Description
Creation of a marketing structure that analyzes the current situation, develops a strategic internationalization plan, and streamlines and facilitates the export of genetic material from select breeds.
Objectives
- Creation of an export platform, gathering information on priority and secondary markets, and developing the final strategic plan.
- Active commercial promotion of select Spanish breeds and improved positioning of the Spain brand for select livestock breeds.
