He Observatory of the Digitalization of the Spanish Agri-Food Sector is organizing a series of webinars to analyze the state of robotization in the agri-food sector. The BIO4TRACE Operational Group , Biotechnology for traceability and genetic selection in minority Spanish pig breeds, is organizing a tasting of Porco Celta products at the Casa de Galicia in Madrid on March 17 at 7:00 p.m. The event will begin with a roundtable discussion featuring chefs who are working with products from minority native breeds.
