Technical seminar in Valladolid on the management of associations in the agri-food sector

The technical conference “A13. Exchange of knowledge in association management” will be held in Valladolid on May 11, 2026 , organized by Grupo AN , an initiative aimed at strengthening management and organizational capacities within the agri-food sector.

This in-person activity is designed to promote the exchange of experiences, practical learning, and the analysis of organizational models that contribute to improving the efficiency and sustainability of associative entities.

A program focused on the management and viability of associations

The day will begin at 09:00 and will be structured into three thematic blocks:

• 09:00 – 11:30 h | Associations and structures of the agri-food sector
  A first approach to the different forms of organization in the sector, analyzing its strategic role in the structuring of the territory and in improving competitiveness.
• 11:30 – 14:00 h | Economic and financial management in agri-food entities
  Space dedicated to exploring tools and keys for efficient management of economic resources in associations and entities in the sector.
• 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM | Economic structure and viability of associations
  Session focused on the long-term sustainability and viability of organizations, addressing economic models and consolidation strategies.

A space for knowledge exchange within the AKIS framework

These types of workshops are part of the knowledge exchange and training activities promoted within the AKIS system, where advice, cooperation and professionalization of entities play a key role in moving towards a more competitive, resilient and innovative agri-food sector.
