I am Nikolay Stanchev, an experienced agronomist and certification expert with over a decade of experience in the agricultural sector. My mission is to assist organisations in achieving excellent quality, compliance with standards, and the implementation of sustainable agronomic practices.

I hold both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Plant Protection from the Agricultural University of Plovdiv. Furthermore, I am actively engaged in research as a PhD student in Entomology at the same institution, which underscores my commitment to the science-based approach in plant protection and integrated pest management (IPM).
Over the years, I have built a robust career in quality control, technical consulting, and standards implementation.

Currently, I serve as the Head of the Organic Product Certification Body at Q Certification AD. My hands-on experience spans the full cycle of inspections, standards implementation, and ensuring regulatory compliance in the agricultural sector. I possess in-depth knowledge of science-based plant protection and the practical application of sustainable agricultural techniques.
