Description
GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
Improve the qualifications of professionals in the agri-food sector and rural areas.
Promote the sustainable use of plant protection products by reducing risks and impacts on human health and the environment, and by promoting integrated pest management and alternative approaches or techniques, such as non-chemical methods.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
Renew the training of people who are in possession of phytosanitary product handler cards according to the level they need, updating their knowledge as provided for in Royal Decree 1311/2012, of September 14, which establishes the framework for action to achieve the sustainable use of phytosanitary products.
