Description
Registration for this course is open until November 4th. Students will have the opportunity to learn both the appropriate operating procedures and the knowledge and calculation methods necessary to design and apply recent advances in engineering and technology in industrial processes and in auxiliary refrigeration installations for agri-food industries 4.0. In addition, the course will address the quality assurance of raw materials, products and processes through the use of proximity spectral sensors.
