III In-person training course on “Organic production”
Description
Within the I Strategic Plan for Organic Production in La Rioja , the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World and Environment and the Council for Organic Agricultural Production of La Rioja (CPAER) are organizing the III Face-to-face training course on “Organic Production” (30 hours), which will take place on February 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 17, 18, 24 and 25, 2025, in the afternoon (16:00 – 20:00) in the Seminar Room of the ICVV administrative building in La Grajera (Logroño).
The aim of this course is to train, strengthen and expand knowledge related to the regulations applicable to organic production, plant reproduction material, living soil, fertilization and pest and disease management, certification and marketing of organic production. In addition, practical workshops on organic inputs and specific workshops for each crop/livestock group will be held based on the profile of those enrolled.
The course is aimed at professionals in the sector . Organic operators with their first installation or with less than 8 years of experience will be given preference so that they can meet the training requirements required for the collection of aid for organic production (Rural Development Interventions. CAP 2023-2027).
The CPAER will issue a training certificate to anyone who attends the 30 hours.
