Training of teaching staff in the pastoral diagnosis methodology, which will provide them with the skills and knowledge to create and teach a PD subject (A1). Creation and pilot testing of the new PD training module, which will be incorporated into the training plans of the two collaborating organizations (A2). Communication and dissemination of the results to other training centers, professionals, and other key stakeholders (A3).
To train pastoralists for mountain management focused on protecting forage resources, maintaining and improving the biodiversity of our mountains, and their resilience to climate change. This will be achieved through the creation and implementation of a new CPE training course and the enhancement of the Pastoral Assessment (PA) course taught at the CFPPA.
Training of 4-6 teachers from the two associated training centers to design and implement a PD course, with the goal of transferring this methodology to students. Creation and implementation of a new PD course that will train 125-145 students over the next 5 years. Dissemination of the newly created course to other training centers, professionals, and key stakeholders who may eventually receive training and incorporate it into their daily work.
