The “FROM THE FIELD TO THE TABLE” project will propose a series of strategic and innovative activities that seek to improve the Spanish agricultural production system. Improvement in communication and economic exchange activities between producer and hotelier, reducing the possible negative effects of intermediaries. Promotion of the economy and employment, improvement of productive activities based on sustainable practices since when consumed in proximity, they will increase the rotation of their consumption and the efficiency in the supply channel, the practices will be based on seasonality and sustainability in crops.
