3rd edition of the online course “Digitalization through mobile applications”
Description
The 3rd edition of the course “Digitalization through mobile applications” , organized by iRiego , will be held online on February 25, 26 and 27, 2026 .
The training, with a total duration of 16 hours , is aimed at agricultural professionals , students and technicians in the agri-food sector interested in improving their digital skills for farm management, crop monitoring and irrigation planning using mobile tools.

Course objective
The course aims to understand the use of mobile applications to digitize crop and irrigation data , learn to manage specialized applications (including digital field notebooks ) and develop skills to implement and manage data digitization in agriculture, facilitating information-based decision making.
Teachers and participating entities
The 3rd edition will feature the participation of Sergio Fernández , Ángel Blanco , José Antonio García , and representatives from Demetra Agro and Hispatec , providing a practical vision on mobile solutions for the day-to-day running of farms.

- 09:00 | Module 2 (activity). Practical workshop: downloading and exploring 1–2 selected apps

- Practical activity : creation and completion with fictitious data
