Integrating apple production and processing industry

This Task Force has a number of objectives focused on improving competitiveness in the production of cider and other apple preparations in the Spanish agro-industry: competitive supply through the automation of apple harvesting to enable the industrial scaling of the activity; development of tools for reducing water stress and increasing production through precision agriculture; providing experience in the use of different types of sensors and data interpretation and establishing the conditions for design control and assessing its viability.
